A foundational level of support for organizations that need consistent grant activity without full-scale grants management. Services include targeted grant research, review of funding opportunities for organizational fit, proposal and LOI development, maintenance of a grant calendar, submission tracking, and assistance with required grant reports.

Ideal for: Smaller nonprofits, organizations beginning to build a grant portfolio, or organizations with internal staff who can assist with document collection and grant administration.

Up to 40 hours monthly

Provides a more active and strategic approach to grant development and management. In addition to ongoing research and proposal writing, this package allows for a larger funding pipeline, more frequent submissions, deadline management, grant tracking, reporting support, and coordination with organizational leadership to maintain grant readiness.

Ideal for: Growing nonprofits that are actively pursuing multiple funding opportunities and need consistent professional oversight of the grant lifecycle.

Comprehensive Grant Management — $4,400/month

Up to 80 hours monthly

The most comprehensive partnership, designed to function as an extension of the organization’s development team. This package provides substantial capacity for grant research, proposal development, application management, grant calendar oversight, award tracking, reporting, funder-related documentation, and ongoing funding strategy.

The increased monthly capacity also allows The Weikel Writing Studio to coordinate closely with organizational leadership to anticipate deadlines, maintain a healthy funding pipeline, monitor grant requirements, and ensure awarded funds remain aligned with reporting obligations.

Ideal for: Established or rapidly growing nonprofits with an active grant portfolio, multiple applications and reports in progress, or limited internal grant-development capacity.

Grant awards are never guaranteed, and final submission remains dependent upon the organization providing required financial, programmatic, governance, and supporting documentation within established timelines.
